You can delete your account and its data at any time — in the app, or by asking us if you can't open the app.
Email privacy@shoplook.in with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number you signed up with. We'll confirm it's you — for example with a one-time code — and delete your account within 7 days.
Your shop is separate from your personal account, so deleting your account doesn't delete your shop. To delete the shop:
Just need a break? Pause Shop Visibility on the same screen hides your shop from buyers without deleting anything. If you can't open the app, email shops@shoplook.in with your shop's account number and we'll delete it within 7 days.
As India's IT Rules require, basic registration details (such as your phone number) and your consent records are kept for 180 days after deletion, then deleted. Reports you made about content stay, without your name.
